MACHI HUB PANTRY:
Mother’s Day Edition
May 6–May 31, 2026
A month-long series of pantry sessions where single-parent families receive essentials, and children get to say “thank you, Mom.”

WHAT IS MACHI HUB PANTRY?
Machi HUB Pantry is a month-long series of local events across Japan, designed for single-parent families.
In calm, trusted community venues (temples, community halls), children and mothers come together for a simple handover moment that is both:
-
Valuable: a gift bag that includes food/ingredients and household support, plus a kids snack pantry
-
Emotional: a child writing a message card and handing the gift bag directly to their mother
This isn’t about luxury. It’s about care, for families already struggling with a lot, and a moment where mothers feel seen.
Campaign period: May 6 – May 31, 2026
Your donation supports the full May series.
WHAT YOUR SUPPORT FUNDS

Your donation helps cover:
-
food/ingredients and pantry essentials
-
cosmetics and small gift items chosen by children for their mother
(items mothers would not usually spend to buy for themselves) -
message materials (postcards, stickers)
-
packing, transport, and delivery logistics
-
basic operating costs to run this project at multiple venues
Why this matters
Single-parent families don’t lack love.
They often lack time, margin, and ease;
the things we might take for granted, that make “celebration” possible.
This pantry series isn’t about “saving” anyone.
It’s about giving mothers a moment where they feel seen, and giving children a way to say thank you.

Our KiFor Goal: ¥500,000
There is no finish line. It's already running
Machi HUB Pantry isn’t a one-off campaign with a single “end point.”
Heartfull Family’s hope is to keep running this program in more locations, and in more months, so that support becomes local, repeatable, and sustainable, and not just seasonal.
KiFor’s working goal: ¥500,000
This helps cover food/ingredients, essentials, cosmetics/gift items chosen by children, message materials, and logistics.

"Even just looking at these cosmetics made me realize how much I’d been putting myself last. I took time to care for myself for the first time in a while, and it was so healing."
VOICES OF GRATITUDE
"Normally, nobody says ‘You should thank your mom.’ So I was really happy to receive a card my child made while thinking about me."
"We don’t often take a commemorative photo of the three of us, so it became a special memory. I still have the carnation displayed; it made me feel genuinely happy.
Thank you very much!"
