About KiFor
KiFor runs CSR and social impact team building workshops in Japan. We help teams work on real-world challenges with vetted non-profit partners, so companies get a meaningful team experience and credible community benefit.
WHAT WE DO
A professional workshop experience, built around real social impact
KiFor designs and facilitates corporate team building workshops in Japan,
where teams collaborate with vetted NPOs on real-world challenges.
Teams leave more connected, motivated, and proud while your company creates measurable CSR impact.
KiFor workshops are a paid, facilitated team experience.
Donations and volunteering can be added separately, but they’re not the workshop.

HOW WE WORK
Simple, low-burden for your team:
-
Listening & Design Call (30 min)
-
Proposal + dates (clear recommendation)
-
Workshop delivery (facilitated by KiFor)
-

We aim for easy to book, easy to run, clear to report.
