Purpose of Donations

KiFor is a platform that connects companies with small, local charities in Japan to support underprivileged communities, including single mothers, youth in poverty, child cafes, the homeless, and rural charities and NPOs.

Donations received through our platform are directed towards these causes, enabling companies to achieve their SDG, CSR, and ESG goals while creating real social impact.

Accepted Payment Methods

Donations can be made via STRIPE Payment Services using:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX)

Donation Handling & Fees

KiFor Platform Fee: To sustain our operations and provide impact tracking, KiFor retains a 15% platform fee from all donations.
No Additional Payment Processing Fees: KiFor will absorb all payment processing fees.
The remaining funds are transferred directly to the designated charity.
Donors will receive impact reports detailing how their contributions are used.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Donations may be canceled within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting francis@kifor.jp
After 48 hours, donations are non-refundable, as funds may already be allocated to charities.

Consumer Protection & Compliance

KiFor operates in compliance with Japan’s Specified Commercial Transactions Act, ensuring transparency, security, and ethical handling of donations.

All listed charities undergo verification before receiving funds.
Impact reports are provided to maintain full transparency of fund usage.
Misleading solicitation is strictly prohibited.

寄付の目的

KiForは、日本国内の企業とシングルマザー、貧困状態にある若者、子ども食堂、ホームレス支援、地方のNPO・慈善団体をつなぐプラットフォームです。

支払い方法

寄付は、STRIPE決済サービスを利用して以下の方法で受け付けています。

寄付の取扱いと手数料

KiForプラットフォーム利用料:
運営維持費およびインパクトレポートの提供のため、KiForは寄付額の15%を手数料として頂戴します。
決済手数料は不要: KiForがすべての決済手数料を負担いたします。
残りの金額は、指定された慈善団体へ直接寄付されます。
寄付者には、寄付金の活用方法を明確に示したインパクトレポートを提供いたします。

キャンセル・返金ポリシー

寄付のキャンセルは、寄付完了後48時間以内に francis@kifor.jp までご連絡ください。
48時間を過ぎた場合、寄付金は返金不可となります。これは、すでに支援団体への資金配分が進められている可能性があるためです。

消費者保護と法令遵守

KiForは、日本の特定商取引法を遵守し、寄付の透明性・安全性・倫理的運用を確保しています。

すべての提携慈善団体は、事前審査を経て認定されます。
インパクトレポートを提供し、寄付金の使用状況を明確化します。
誤解を招く勧誘行為は禁止されています。
