SHINING A LIGHT ON LOCAL HEROES
ACROSS JAPAN
Discover and support small, high-impact Japanese charities working on issues like poverty, education, food security, women’s empowerment, animal welfare, and community rebuilding.
KiFor also offers social impact workshops that help teams connect to these causes through real action, purpose, and shared learning, all rooted in local impact and heart.

WHAT IS KIFOR?
KiFor exists to spotlight and support the small, high-impact charities that are quietly changing lives across Japan.
These local organisations often work with limited visibility but their needs are just as real: funding, digital access, corporate allies and awareness.
KiFor bridges the gap between these grassroots efforts and the people who can help, companies, individuals, and global supporters who want to make a difference but don’t know where to start.
Alongside storytelling and charity partnerships, we offer social impact workshops that help teams build purpose, connection, and culture, while making a tangible difference.
KiFor is recognised by the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan, and awarded the 2025 British Business Award for Entrepreneur / SME of the Year for proving that businesses in Japan can lead with purpose and social impact.

Revitalizing Noto through Art, Heritage and Community
Noto is rebuilding after disaster.
Villages are fading and crafts like Wajima-nuri risk disappearing.
KiFor is supporting the PYM Foundation with a project to transform abandoned spaces into living “art villages”, where artists, locals, and volunteers co-create, restore, and reimagine life together.
This is not just recovery, it’s reinvention rooted in heritage.
We’re inviting companies to be sponsors to help rebuild communities, revive traditional crafts, and spark new life in rural Japan.
In return, you gain visibility, purpose-driven branding, and a legacy of real impact.
Let’s write a new chapter for rural Japan, together.

WHY LOCAL JAPANESE CAUSES MATTER
We partner with small, community-based charities in Japan, because they often create the biggest difference but struggle to gain visibility and support.
Through KiFor, your team connects with these organizations to make a tangible, lasting impact that they can see and feel.

OUR SOCIAL IMPACT WORKSHOPS
We to design and deliver social impact workshops that directly support company goals around employee engagement, retention, and attraction (ERA).
These workshops go beyond “team-building”.
They give people the chance to collaborate, learn, and take action on real social issues in Japan.
Working with the Rotary Club (Tokyo Peace Wing) we ran a social impact workshop where members:
-
Learnt about the challenges faced by local charities in Japan
-
Took part in activities exploring creative ways to support these causes
-
Reflected on how they, as individuals and as a club, could take meaningful action
Whether you're a global team in Tokyo or a values-driven group anywhere in Japan, these workshops are a powerful way to spark connection, develop leadership, and make impact tangible.
