FAQ
What is a CSR / ESG / Social impact team building workshop in Japan?
A facilitated team workshop that supports a real social cause while meeting a business goal (onboarding, offsite, leadership, alignment). Delivered with vetted Japanese nonprofits NPOs and a simple internal recap.
Is this volunteering or a corporate workshop?
It’s a paid, facilitated corporate training workshop. If you also want an employee volunteering element, we can add it separately where appropriate.
Who is this for?
HR, People & Culture, and CSR / ESG leaders running onboarding cohorts, leadership days, team offsites, and cross-functional alignment. For practical employee engagement with credible CSR impact and clear internal reporting.
What do we receive after the workshop? (Reporting)
A 1-page Outcomes Summary by default (HR/CSR/Comms-ready). Optional upgrades include a 2-minute pre/post survey, a 30-day follow-up check-in, and a short stakeholder-ready report.
Can you run it in English / bilingual?
Yes. KiFor is English-first. Japanese or bilingual facilitation is available as a paid add-on.
How long are the workshops?
Typically 2–3 hours, half-day labs, or a workshop + 30-day follow-up.
Can this scale beyond one team?
Yes. KiFor supports multi-team rollouts across months (or quarterly programs) for one company.
Can we include a donation?
Yes. This is optional and separate. Direct-to-nonprofit is often simplest and compliance-friendly.
